Unauthorized representatives do not possess an immigration consultant license and are not professionally trained to offer immigration advice. Be aware, if you use an unauthorized representative, in Canada or abroad, IRCC may return your application or refuse it. Choose your representative carefully.

While we understand the importance of approval, it’s crucial to note that no one can guarantee the approval of your application. The final decision rests with the immigration officer, and factors beyond our control may influence the outcome.

Certainly! If you’ve enlisted our full representation services and your application faces a refusal, we’ll submit a reconsideration request at no additional cost. It’s important to note that this offer excludes instances where false, misleading, or incomplete information or documents were provided by the client.

 

We will also offer additional advice on your next steps after the refusal. If the refusal is unfair, we can reapply and point out the officer’s errors in Fact and/or law application in the decision for an additional fee.

 

If the basis of refusal allows for a good chance of defense, and there is a high chance of winning approval, we can involve our trusted circle of lawyers to take the matter to Federal Court for a Judicial Review.

All our charges are quoted in CAD for local Canadian Clients and in USD for all Internation clients. We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, as well as international wire payments.
